The VapePad (The Vape Pad)

I love The Vape Pad. When I moved to the Bowie area last year, I needed a vape shop, as I was used to going to my own favorite ones back home. Found this one because I wanted a store that could also do same-day delivery. I'm proud to say I've gotten to know the owner well, and this store is absolutely amazing. High quality and premium products, extremely knowledgeable staff, a very clean and well-maintained store...and also a great place to just hang out and shoot the breeze if you want to. I truly think, unlike chain stores, this store offers customers a more personalized and unique experience. If you complain about the prices, then you're probably used to buying subpar products and not good ones...this store only sells the best brands. I've bought new devices, juice, coils, etc. and they are all top notch here. Keep doing what you're doing, Vape Pad! You guys rock!

I own about 8 or 9 vapes. Maybe more :-) All purchased from The Vape Pad. I’ve trashed all the vapes I purchased elsewhere. They simply didn’t measure up. Now I refuse to go anywhere else when it comes to buying a new vape, replacement coils, batteries, juice, and everything in between. They know me by name and I love how you acquire bonus points/stars when you buy stuff…. Next time you come in, you can use them for a discount. They will replace coils for you to make sure the juice saturates the coil perfectly (so you don’t end up burning it). If I come in with a vape or a tank that seems to be leaking or having some sort of issue….they can diagnosis the problem like a vape doctor haha. Long story short they know what they’re doing. And if you’re a total newb, that’s perfectly fine. No judgement - they will make sure they explain whatever you need to know. And they will not take advantage of you and rip you off, simply because you don’t know much about vapes. They’re awesome. If you go somewhere else, you’re missing out! :-)

Current update: I cannot express how much genuine passion and honesty this shop has. This shop continues to keep all the products in stock so customers like me do not have to worry about having to upgrade or change the device. I’ve been using my device that I bought from them many many years ago. They assured me that I would always be able to get the coils needed. I recently got some new flavors from them and I am really enjoying the flavor. I always stick with the same flavors but I am happy they recommend me a new flavor. This vape store only sells Authentic devices and juices. I have seen many other places always selling fake products that are very unsafe and not authorized. You guys continue to serve well. Thank you for always being around. *old* I really appreciate you guys for opening up earlier on a random day before the holidays! I was waiting earlier in the parking lot since I was in the area earlier. One of the employees was 35mins early opening the store. He allowed me to come in earlier while he opened up quickly to get me out the door. I continue to shop at this store because the y absolutely go above and beyond with anything. If you want proper knowledge and thorough service, I only recommend here. Thank you guys again! Another new update - a couple days ago (10/9/22) I called this shop and let them know I didn’t have transportation to get to their shop for some new flavors. I live about 7 minutes away so they were still willing to deliver some products to me! You guys are really great. *New Review update* These guys have been so great in helping through the COVID Pandemic. They were open everyday while most businesses were closed during the shut down. I really appreciate that they continued to help me during the rough times. Their knowledge and service continues to be excellent. Will absolutely continue to recommend them. They do not ever oversell customers. Very informative shop! *Old Review* I have been coming here for many years now. They consistently remember every product I use and need. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and recommends flavors or accessories based on what you need only. They never tried to oversell me on anything. As a matter of fact, they have saved me money a few times because they said that my vape was not broken when I thought it was not working. I was ready to make a new purchase but instead they showed me what the issue was and saved me from buying a new setup. I will always continue to support you guys in here! It’s great seeing you guys everytime and having fun conversations with all of you. Thank you for everything you guys do for your customers. You guys are honestly the best in customer service and love your juices!

Extremely overpriced. A bottle of juice that I pay $23 for at my normal vape shop, I was charged $39 here AND it was only a 3mg bottle that he “added a shot of nicotine” to? So he’s not only paying less to the vendor based on the level of nicotine in each bottle but also highly upselling the product by a lot more than what I purchase my bottle that is already 6mg. Bottles of nicotine to increase nicotine levels in a bottle of vape juice you can purchase 10mL of 72mg/ml (which makes 6mg) for literally $1.99. And the vape juice from the vendor per bottle is $9.00. And get this…. The price doesn’t change per bottle of juice if the nicotine level is higher or lower. This place just doesn’t want to put in the money to purchase the pre-made bottles from the vendor because they would rather rip everyone off. So that’s $30 in profit per bottle of vape juice purchased. After tax, my bottle totaled to $39 and some change. After tax at my shop is $25 something. That’s just crazy. Don’t go here to buy anything. Go to somewhere else. I promise it will be ALOT cheaper. The guy working the day that I went in was also was talking badly about other vape shops in the area which I didn’t think was professional. I didn’t like the place at all. Doesn’t have much of anything. It seems like more of a hangout vape area than a place for vape expenditures and even then it’s really not a place I think I would want to hang out at because of my experience there. Very few juice options and it’s really just dark and empty in there. This is definitely not a vape shop I would recommend.

By far the best experience I've ever had! I went in not sure of what to expect and was blown away by the level of detail that was provided to me. I was educated today. I wasn't looked at as a customer but rather a client. I felt super appreciated and was guided throughout the entire process of selecting and purchasing. I'm new to vape product and left out feeling wonderful about my purchase and investment. Will highly recommend on customer service alone. From what I've seen so far, they are passionate about the products they sell and stand behind it.

I've been frequenting The VapePad for a long time now. The store is committed to providing quality service and products for a fair price. They staff is knowledgeable and readily available to help with any problems you experience. The store has been extremely receptive and welcoming to me over the years. Bonus point: the bathroom is really clean too!
